During the courtesy visit of the IP leaders at PAF Headquarters, PAF Commanding General Lt. Gen. Rozzano Briguez said the Air Force is committed to strengthening the awareness of the public on these issues by utilizing various communication platforms of PAF.

“We recognize the danger of what they are doing, that is why we will maximize all the support that the PAF could extend to help these communities,” Briguez said.

“We are here listen to their stories and recognize all the struggles they have experienced,” he added.

With the theme “Breaking the silence and telling the truth,” the campaign of the IP leaders narrates the struggles of their communities, deceptions, destructions and human rights violations committed by the CPP-NPA-NDF.

They have traveled from the Philippines to the United States of America to raise their voices about the atrocities and attacks made by communist terrorist organizations by engaging the US government, United Nations, Filipino communities, and other international institutions.

“We also thanked these IP leaders for also helping us to our advocacies to end the insurgency and terrorism as well as the division among us, Filipinos because this is the right time for us to be united,” Briguez stressed. (Cherie Joyce V. Flores/PAF)
